If you have insurance other than what is listed it is possible that some of your fee can be reimbursed by insurance. Call member services on the back of your card to inquire about "out of network provider" coverage.

Full Fee service: $135 for initial intake session, $125 for 55 minute session, $115 for 45 minute session

Clients have the option to decline to use their insurance benefits to cover therapy services. Clients who choose this option are responsible for the full fee for each session. Some reasons for doing this are:

1- You value privacy (insurance requires that a diagnosis and supporting documentation be provided on an ongoing basis).

2- You don't want insurance dictating what services you can receive (insurance can dictate how long each session is and how frequent the sessions are).

All session fees are paid before the session starts. Due to the nature of telehealth services, debit or credit card payments, including HSA cards, are the only forms accepted.

A sliding scale fee will be considered in times of financial stress with existing clients only. This will be discussed and agreed up in advance of the sliding scale fee taking effect.

Please cancel within 24 hours if you are unable to keep your appointment. A fee of $75 will be charged if late or no notification is given.
